We carry a wide variety of Knitter's Pride (now KnitPro) straight, double point, circular and interchangeable knitting needles in Basix (wood) and Zing (aluminum) as well as the Waves line of crochet hooks with comfortable rubber handles.

Classes are the bread and butter of any LYS (that's short for Local Yarn Shop) and we offer both beginner and project classes in both knit and crochet.

We offer Learn to Crochet, Learn to Knit and Refresher classes in both knitting and crochet. We have just added an 'A La Carte' class... for $20 you can have an hour of my undivided attention to help with whatever you need! We also have several 'Learn a Skill' classes designed to broaden your knitting capabilities. These classes are typically one to one, enabling you as the student to receive individualized instruction and hopefully, greater success! In addition, when you complete a Learn to Crochet, Learn to Knit or Refresher class, your next class is always 50% off!

We also are in the process of developing project classes and plan to have one or two per month (with a few dates to choose from). These group classes will require proficiency in knit or crochet and will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and of course right here at www.stringsnthingsyarn.com!
